Bounteous is seeking a React Developer to lead projects through the full development lifecycle. This role involves solving complex challenges and collaborating with a talented, distributed team of engineers in a fast-paced environment.
Information Security Responsibilities
- Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
- Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
- Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information
Role and Responsibilities
- Write well-designed, efficient code that works across devices
- Develop mission-critical user experiences
- Actively participate in client meetings
- Connect daily with team leads to clarify tasks and share progress
- Translate wireframes into functional user interfaces
- Write and execute test cases using Jest
- Contribute to achieving 90%+ code coverage
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable microservice architecture
- 5 to 8 years of development experience
- 2+ years of experience in building and managing APIs to industry-accepted RESTful standards
- Experience in industry security best practices to applications and system development
- Collaborate with other developers, testers, and system engineers to ensure the quality of products
- React Query experience
- Material UI/Mantine experience
- Expertise in React.js, HTML, CSS, TypeScript, JavaScript, jQuery, Jest
- Degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
