Roles
- Assist in enabling and configuring Einstein Activity Capture, Email Insights, and Conversation Insights. • Support integration of Einstein Lead & Opportunity Scoring with sales processes. • Contribute to Prediction Builder setup for use cases like win likelihood or lead conversion. • Build and optimize Flows, Validation Rules, and Lightning pages to surface AI insights. • Help create reports and dashboards that incorporate Einstein Forecasting and opportunity health.
