Who You Are
We're looking for an energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. Someone who is a self-starter, detail oriented, has fantastic interpersonal skills (both written and verbal), and who is motivated to grow and manage our Northeast business.


WHAT YOU'LL DO HERE

    • Develop, manage, and close leads with national and regional banks, private lenders, and any other institution that order commercial appraisals
    • Manage and grow our current book of business
    • Manage our lead flow and database using SalesForce and other internal tools
    • Learn our value proposition and pitch intricately to set up and run in-person meetings and phone calls
    • Prepare for, set up, and attend real estate and networking conferences throughout the northeast
    • Find creative new ways to grow and expand appraisal business with current and prospective clients, as well as the potential to develop other related revenue streams
    • Work closely with technology, product and SalesForce team to create efficiency in our sales process, for our appraisers, and ultimately for our clients

YOU HAVE

    • 1-2 years of B2B customer acquisition experience, preferably in real estate or technology
    • Excellent interpersonal skills - both oral and written
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills - attention to detail
    • Self-starter, motivated to grow and build a business
    • Previous real estate experience is a plus
