Summer Leadership Program
BPM’s summer leadership program, LEAD, is a selective program designed for sophomore and junior accounting students interested in pursuing a career in public accounting.  During the program, students will participate in workshops, panel discussions and team building exercises which educate them about careers in audit, tax, and consulting.  They will also learn about BPM and network with our professionals, including our partners, senior leaders and even our CEO!   

This year’s program will be held in June and July in our San Francisco and San Jose offices.  All eligible participants will have the opportunity to interview for our 2020 Summer Internship opportunities.

Applicant Requirements

    • Sophomore or junior accounting / information systems / finance major
    • Will complete 150 / 225 units required for CPA licensure before fall of 2021
    • Personally and academically motivated; Minimum GPA of 3.0
    • Distinguished leader in the classroom, on campus, and / or in the community
