Junior Systems Administrator Overview:
The Systems Administrator is responsible for performing all Eugene office network systems administration, including hardware and software. Adequate capacity, quality of service, reliability and backups are to be maintained. The position is also responsible for technical support of Eugene users.

You Will (Responsibilities):
- Maintain adequate capacity, quality of service, reliability and backups.
- Perform technical support for Eugene users.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
You Have (Requirements):
- Linux: Expert
- Windows Domain and Workstation: Intermediate to Expert
- TCP/IP Networking: Intermediate to Expert
- Demonstrated experience working in a close team.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong desire to continuously learn highly technical concepts and processes.
- Competently analyzes and prioritizes information to make appropriate recommendations.
- Ability to synthesize all forms of research into clear, thoughtful, actionable deliverables.
- Understands client needs, identifies root causes of problems, and implements pragmatic solutions.
- Detailed knowledge of current physical, social and voice systems penetration testing tools and techniques.
- Ability to effectively document findings in a timely fashion.
- Detailed knowledge of the penetration test team’s internal systems architecture and systems.
- Strong Windows and Linux systems administration skills.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, thus driving client satisfaction.
- Research, understand and apply complex information security concepts and auditing, assessment and testing procedures.
- Develop, motivate and mentor associates by providing training, regular feedback, and career guidance while fostering a team environment.
