In this position, you will:
- Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for experienced hires across a variety of technical and professional roles
- Own and drive requisitions from intake through onboarding, including sourcing, screening, presenting candidates, managing interviews, and guiding hiring teams
- Build strong relationships with hiring leaders to understand business priorities and provide strategic, proactive recruiting support
- Recruit for one of BPM’s most dynamic and fast-paced business units, requiring strong pipeline management and client communication
- Provide high-touch candidate experiences and ensure hiring managers are informed and engaged at every stage
- Source talent creatively using traditional and emerging tools, with a focus on building diverse pipelines
- Track candidate activity using Lever ATS and ensure compliance with documentation and recordkeeping standards
- Present clear, relevant candidate profiles and advise on offer strategy and onboarding planning
- Support process improvement and optimization initiatives with the TA team, including workflow enhancements and reporting
For this position, you will have:
- Minimum of 6 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally in a professional services or technical environment
- Proven success in recruiting across varying levels and functions, with agency or consultative experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field—or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, talent market trends, and recruiting technologies (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever, UKG)
- Knowledge of employment law and best practices; experience with immigration law is a plus
- Excellent communication, influence, and relationship-building skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail; able to manage multiple requisitions and priorities
- Data-driven mindset with comfort using recruiting metrics to inform decisions
- Technical fluency with MS Office 365 and familiarity with remote tools like Microsoft Teams and RingCentral
