Responsibilities:

    •  The ideal candidate will have strong client-facing service and communication skills, an ability to lead and direct others, is able to track resource availability and allocation, assess risk and put risk management plans into action, as well as someone who is highly organized and can report on project metrics. 
    • You possess high positive energy and love helping customers. You are well organized and take pride in missing any important milestones. You are a diligent worker, technically savvy, a problem solver and will do whatever it takes to deliver value to our clients.
    • You will make it your priority to positively impact and help our customers while positively representing BPM. You use your expertise, creativity, and passion to meet our clients’ needs.

Requirements:

    • Bachelors' degree in Management Information Systems, Accounting, or Business. 
    • At least 5+ years of experience in systems applications consulting, either internally via an IT organization or externally with a consulting firm or software provider. 
    • Strong background in project management, including experience developing work-breakdown structures and project plans, most notably in Microsoft Project or SmartSheet. 
    • Strong understanding of data conversions, interfaces/integrations, reporting, and customizations to NetSuite applications. 
    • Experience leading large teams across multiple engagements and developing staff. 
    • Excellent client management skills and the ability to work with customers to develop and manage an implementation plan. 
    • Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodology. 
    • Willing to travel up to 25%.

Preferred qualifications:

    • PMP or MBA. 
    • NetSuite implementation, upgrade, and support experience. 
    • Experience facilitating the design and configuration of NetSuite. 
    • Strong business skills and experience in accounting, finance or operations. 
    • Experience with software in an ASP/SaaS environment is a plus as is any experience with financial accounting, customer management, and sales force automation software. 
    • Knowledge of data conversions, interfaces/integrations, reporting, and customizations to NetSuite applications. 
$120,000 per year to $190,000 per year
The salary range provided is intended for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area who meet the minimum requirements of the position.  Candidates who do not reside in the San Francisco Bay Area, do not meet the minimum requirements, or exceed the requirements are encouraged to apply and a recruiter will provide you with a range specific to your location.
