Because People Matter.  BPM LLP is seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. Reporting directly to the Demand Generation Manager, this role will be instrumental in scaling our digital marketing efforts, with a primary focus on managing our website and executing campaigns through HubSpot. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and creativity to drive impactful results in alignment with our firm's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Website Management

1. Lead Website Development and Optimization:
·        Take charge of the continuous development and optimization of the BPM LLP website, ensuring it stays current with industry trends, adheres to best practices, and meets high standards for user experience.
·        Proactively research and implement innovative solutions to enhance website functionality and user engagement, keeping abreast of emerging technologies and design trends.

2. Regular Audits and Optimization:
·        Conduct regular audits of the website to evaluate performance, usability, and SEO effectiveness, utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Core Web Vitals and SEMrush.
·        Analyze audit findings and user feedback to identify areas for improvement, such as page load speed, navigation structure, and content relevance, and implement necessary changes to optimize performance and user experience.

3. Analytics and Insights:
·        Monitor website analytics metrics, including traffic sources, page views, bounce rates, and conversion rates, to track performance trends and identify opportunities for optimization.
·        Generate actionable insights from data analysis to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the website.

4. Vendor Management:
·        Act as the primary liaison with the website vendor, managing the relationship and ensuring clear communication, timely project delivery, and adherence to budgetary constraints.
·        Collaborate with the vendor to address technical issues, implement updates, and coordinate major website initiatives, maintaining a positive and productive partnership.
 
HubSpot Administration

1. Campaign Management:
·        Execute and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns within HubSpot, including email marketing, paid advertising, and content marketing initiatives.

2. Email Marketing:
·        Create, send, and track email marketing campaigns, including automated workflows and personalized email sequences.
·        Design and customize email templates to maintain brand consistency and streamline campaign creation.
·        Track email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to measure campaign effectiveness.

3. Automation and Workflows:
·        Utilize HubSpot's automation features to streamline marketing processes, automate repetitive tasks, and nurture leads through targeted workflows based on user behavior and engagement.
·        Design and implement lead nurturing workflows, drip campaigns, and automated follow-up sequences to guide prospects through the buyer's journey and facilitate conversion.

4. Performance Tracking and Optimization:
·        Monitor campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI, using HubSpot's reporting and analytics tools.
·        Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize campaign elements, such as subject lines, content variations, CTAs, and timing, to maximize engagement and results.

5. Lead Generation and Conversion:
·        Create and optimize landing pages, forms, and CTAs within HubSpot to capture leads, track conversions, and facilitate seamless integration with Salesforce.
·        Implement lead scoring and segmentation strategies to prioritize and qualify leads, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and efficient follow-up by the sales team.
 
Qualifications:
·        Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
·        5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on website management and marketing operations.
·        5+ years of WordPress experience. Proficiency in website development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is preferred.
·        5+ years hands-on HubSpot experience.
·        3+ years vendor management experience.
·        Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform decision-making and optimization strategies.
·        Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
·        Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy in all tasks and deliverables.
·        Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
·        Understanding of ADA website compliance standards and best practices.
·        Knowledge of project management principles is a plus.
