You Have (Requirements):

    • 0 -1 year of  relevant Transfer Pricing (TP) experience
    • Basic accounting and auditing knowledge
    • Basic knowledge of US TP regulations and OECD TP guidelines will have an added advantage.
    • Bachelor’s degree preferably in economics, finance, or accounting with 60% and above
    • Strong communication and writing skills, analytical skills and a critical thinking mind-set
    • Attention to detail.
    • Interest to pursue career in public accounting firm.
    • Professional, confident, multi-tasker and expressive
    • Ability to prioritize the tasks assigned to meet tight deadlines.
    • Contribute ideas/opinions to the engagement teams.
    • Ability to communicate with stakeholders at  various levels.
    • Strong MS Office skills
    • Ability to learn new software tools.
    • Desire to pursue CPA will have an added advantage

Responsibilities:

    • Assist in preparing TP documentation, including functional analyses and benchmarking studies.
    • Conduct research on industry trends and comparable company data for TP analyses.
    • Assist with financial statement analysis, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows.
    • Prepare detailed reports summarizing financial and economic data for client projects.
    • Develop models to calculate cost allocations for intercompany services
    • Assist with quantitative analysis and modelling with respect to TP policy setting projects
