We are seeking a Senior Strategist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator (written and verbal), a proactive self-starter, and more organized than the lamp posts at LACMA.

In this role, you will need to be highly creative and analytical while thriving in a fast-paced environment.  A high level of intellectual curiosity is a must alongside incredible project management skills.

Responsibilities:

    • Exceptional client and project oversight
    • Day-to-day point person for client management and account strategy
    • Ability to work and manage resources and fellow teammates
    • Proactively develop growth strategies
    • Develop exciting campaigns and capably communicate strategic value to internal and external stakeholders  
    • Create, write and review social media content
    • Establish and optimize social media strategy
    • Draft status reports throughout the duration of campaigns to keep clients and peers updated
    • Analyze social growth and create campaign reports
    • Manage creative editorial calendars for clients
    • Research current marketing tools and trends
    • Oversee & implement (when necessary) community management across all accounts
    • Track current trends and relevant industry news for each client 
    • Work (i.e. manage and lead) cross-functionally with design, development, production and paid media teams 
    • Positively contribute to company culture

Requirements:

    • 2+ years work experience in marketing or within an agency 
    • Ability and desire to manage and lead a team
    • Incredible project management skills
    • Exceptionally strong writing skills
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Deep knowledge of social media platforms: best practices, features, and analytics
    • Strong competency of social metrics and analytics
    • Serious multi-tasking skills
    • Unmatched attention to detail
    • Team-player attitude 
    • Ability to be in office in Los Angeles (Century City) a minimum of 3 days per week
