Our Los Angeles office is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our growing team at Brand Knew. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator (written and verbal), creative thinker, and collaborative team member with a passion for working with nonprofit organizations and a drive to move audiences to action.

Responsibilities:

    • Day-to-day point person for client management
    • Balance multiple client accounts, and prioritize needs accordingly 
    • Execute, oversee, and implement brand and campaign strategy, from content calendars to paid media recommendations
    • Identification of necessary organizational systems and team education to optimize workflows 
    • Capable of developing solutions to complex problems and sensitive situations 
    • Capably communicates with external POCs to present campaigns and deliverables 
    • Ensure all work holds a high standard for creative excellence, strategic alignment, and audience relevance
    • Review and help create creative briefs that ladder up to both brand and performance goals
    • Both draft and review creative editorial calendars for clients
    • Capable of scheduling approved social posts across social platforms
    • Proactive and reactive planning across accounts, including daily community management
    • Direct lead for live event coverage
    • Track KPIs across organic and paid efforts and turn insights into next-step recommendations
    • Stay on top of platform updates (Meta, TikTok, X, etc.) and help evolve our best practices
    • Creates status reports throughout the duration of campaigns to keep all internal and external stakeholders updated 
    • Ensures accounts and campaigns stay within budget constraints
    • Positively contribute to company culture

Requirements:

    • 3-5 years work experience in marketing or within an agency 
    • Strong analytic thinking skills 
    • Exposure to (or a deep curiosity about) paid social, programmatic, and performance strategy
    • Creative thinker with strong taste and an eye for brand voice, visual identity, and campaign cohesion
    • Strong understanding of social platforms, channel roles, and the customer journey
    • Analytical mindset. Able to understand metrics, draw insights, and shape strategic decisions
    • Deep knowledge of the social media landscape
    • Impeccable writing skills
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Possesses keen creative intuition and the mindset of a proactive planner 
    • Relationship builder with strong collaborative skills
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving agency environment

Compensation:

    • Commensurate with experience: $70,000 - $74,000 per year
    • Longterm disability insurance
