As an ADR, you will have an overall responsibility for growing our Agency business across a diverse set of Agencies within our Network Agency Groups. Your role is to find, qualify and build initial relationships within your assigned accounts that enable you to drive product interest through identifying a client's business objectives and challenges and sell-in intelligent commercial solutions, resulting in new customer meetings, whilst maintaining Brandwatch’s positive reputation. Key to this role is the ability to articulate value, inspire through targeted use cases and sell the future of the Brandwatch suite of products

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with, selling to and managing agency expectations.

What you'll do:

    • Research new markets defined by the agency leadership team, build a pipeline of potential leads, and nurture relationships using Salesloft, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and other platforms
    • Become an expert on our brand, business, and SaaS product. Identify points of contact within target companies and reach out to prospective clients via outbound calls, emails and social media
    • Make a predefined number of outbound calls to prospects daily with the goal of scheduling platform demos
    • Qualify new leads and follow up on warm leads, own your pipeline
    • Nurture relationships with potential customers
    • Book demos with qualified leads for your Account Management team
    • Meet and exceed quarterly revenue and lead targets
    • Stay current on industry news and understand the social media landscape

What you have:

    • Positivity and determination
    • Ability to turn a "no" into a "yes" through consultative questioning and coping with rejection
    • Excellent written and spoken English skills, any other languages are a plus
    • Team player attitude, eager to be part of an ambitious team
    • Ability to thrive in a quota driven environment with short sales cycles
    • Experience in a new business generation/real estate/recruitment role is an advantage
    • Cold calling experience an advantage
    • Exceptional ability to organise work and tasks
    • Ability to speak a language is a plus!

Icing on the cake:

    • Experience working with (or for) a social media monitoring provider
    • Experience working with (or for) an agency
    • Background in a digital marketing agency or SaaS vendor
    • Demonstrable knowledge of marketing principles and best practices
    • Familiarity with Boolean logic and data analytics 
    • Experience working with CRM and/or ticketing systems, such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Jira
