This is a great opportunity to join the ever-expanding Professional Services team at Brandwatch. The role has been newly created and waiting for someone to make it their own.

Reporting into the Global Resourcing Manager and collaborating with Consultants, Success Managers and service line Managers, this role is pivotal in ensuring an efficient and effective customer experience focused on understanding individual skills to best meet client business needs.

What you'll do:

    • Utilising a case queue, manage one-time projects, scoped work and hour burn down budgets.
    • Maintain and update time tracking tools on a project by project basis, ensuring process adherence and working within set SLAs.
    • Assist in capacity planning to ensure that resources have enough capacity to deliver upcoming projects. 
    • Clear understanding of team skills and abilities to creatively and effectively resource against client deliverables.
    • Coordinate with other Resource Managers to ensure the proper resources are assigned and aligned to projects.
    • Schedule outside resources for language specific skills as defined by the scope/project.
    • Schedule customer calls and ensuring project milestones are met.
    • Partner with Success Managers, and Professional Services Consultants and Managers to effectively manage projects/accounts across various clients, using time tracking tool reports.

What you have:

    • Excellent organisational, project management and time keeping skills.
    • Ability to learn quickly and understand evolving technology solutions, while creating and documenting processes. 
    • An ability to adapt quickly to new software and constantly changing business requirements.
    • Experience collaborating with international teams and remote team members.
    • An ability to use data to analyze results and make data-driven decisions. 
    • Ability to think creatively in how to resource against client deliverables.
    • Strong communicator and relationship builder with internal customers and external support services.
    • A proactive mindset, the ability to identify process improvements 
    • Ability to work autonomously in a global structure
