What you'll do:

    • Be the PS stakeholder for our PSA tool (e.g.Mavenlink, Workfront, etc.), including working with PS Leadership and other stakeholders to establish and fill reporting gaps and requirements and the Business Operations team on system requirements
    • Work cross-functionally with PS and CS Leadership to identify trends and improve workflows, create better efficiencies for internal and external teams
    • Partner with the Business Operations team to support ongoing reporting needs for the PS organisation, including preparing regular reports for PS Leadership
    • Manage capacity planning and forecasting to ensure that PS has sufficient resources to deliver upcoming projects (planned and one-offs)
    • Oversee the network and planning of freelance partners and contractors and vendors, ensuring we have adequate coverage to meet the teams’ resource needs
    • Support the management of our CSAT surveys including sending surveys, monitoring results, and developing reports and dashboards 
    • Adapt to changes in team strategy/new ways of working to maintain consistency

What you have:

    • Excellent organisational, project management and time keeping skills.
    • Experience in managing, training and recruiting individuals.
    • A deep understanding of how businesses operate.
    • An ability to adapt quickly to new software and constantly changing business requirements.
    • Experience collaborating with international teams and remote team members.
    • An ability to use data to analyse results and make data-driven decisions.
    • Strong communicator and relationship builder. 
    • A proactive mindset, the ability to identify process improvements 
    • Is a good judge of character, particularly when working with high turnover of freelancers. Identifying talent/star performers and utilising them.
