We have an open position for a Junior Financial Accountant, based in Sofia, Bulgaria. Here at Brandwatch you would be joining the Financial Operations team who are responsible for a broad range of accounting tasks across our global business.
This is an opportunity to join and grow with an exciting company and work with a diverse, friendly global finance team. This role reports to the Accounts Payable Manager.
What you'll do:
- Perform daily accounts payable tasks ensuring that all vendor invoices and employee expenses are processed promptly, accurately and in accordance within the control framework.
- Verify invoices against purchase orders and ensure goods or services were received before issuing payment to vendors.
- Manage queries from the various stakeholders using clear and timely communication.
- Prepare and process supplier payments.
- Manage the software Tipalti and Expensify used for AP and Expenses.
- Contribute to finance projects where required.
What you have:
- Ability to communicate and interact well with business partners and colleagues.
- Close attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good command of English language.
- Relevant accounting experience desirable.
- Willingness and ability to work in a team, under pressure and meet deadlines.
