The Solution Engineer role merges expertise in product knowledge with crucial involvement in the sales and customer integration phases. You will support our sales team by leading technical presentations and product demonstrations, while ensuring our solutions align with the prospects' requirements. Beyond the sales phase, the role extends to guiding customers through the integration process with Brevo, emphasizing dedicated support to help clients achieve their business objectives. This position demands a balance of technical acumen and customer engagement skills.

As a Solution Engineer, you will:

    • Work closely with sales and customer success teams to understand client requirements, providing pivotal sales support and ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to active user.
    • Tailor product presentations and demonstrations to align with clients' technical and business needs, clearly articulating the value of our solutions.
    • Address technical questions from customers, offering accurate and comprehensive information to foster confidence in our solutions.
    • Create compelling technical proposals that highlight the unique advantages and value proposition of our products.
    • Define and execute implementation plans, ensuring optimal setup and usage of product features, including API integrations.
    • Proactively test, troubleshoot, and monitor client setups during the implementation phase, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
    • Conduct product training sessions for customers and the revenue department, and provide technical guidance during product installation and customization.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and product developments, and facilitate the integration of customer feedback into product development, enhancing product relevance and competitiveness.

What will contribute to your success:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
    • +3 years of experience in Consulting, Sales Engineering, Technical sales, or Product management roles.
    • Strong technical background with a special focus on RESTful API and capability to exploit logs and strong understanding of the e-mail marketing sector. 
    • Fluency in English & French, written and spoken.
    • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
    • Proven ability to develop relationships and consult with customers to understand their business challenges and objectives.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and marketing.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about business and technical challenges.
    • You are curious, eager to learn, and have great adaptability to change.
