We're searching for a visionary Technical ReactJS Lead to join our team! This is a high-impact role where you won't just write code, you'll be instrumental in shaping our engineering vision and strategic direction across all product verticals.
You'll work directly with our Engineering Manager, leading architectural decisions and tackling a wide range of complex topics that drive the company forward. If you thrive on technical leadership, mentoring, and ensuring front-end excellence meets scalable backend infrastructure, let's connect.

As a Technical Lead , you will:

    • Drive Code Excellence: Design and implement state-of-the-art micro-frontends engineered for performance, ensuring robust, scalable integration with our backend REST API.
    • Champion Quality: Actively advocate for and implement continuous improvements to product quality, security, and performance (QSP). Architect and code sophisticated interfaces, strictly enforcing high-fidelity specifications to bring pixel-perfect user experiences to life.
    • Cross-Functional Leadership: Work within a dedicated, cross-functional team, collaboratively defining and adhering to methods and best practices that align with modern engineering standards.
    • Collaborate Broadly: Partner closely with peers across Product Development, QA, DevOps, SRE, and Product teams to ensure end-to-end operational excellence.
    • Solve Complexity: Lead the resolution of technical challenges that are of high complexity and scope.

What will contribute to your success:

    • Deep Experience: 6-8 years of experience in front-end development, specifically operating and scaling large distributed front-end systems.
    • React Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of ReactJS & Redux is non-negotiable, with demonstrated experience in large-scale applications.
    • JS Expertise: Excellent, in-depth command of Advanced JavaScript concepts.
    • Agile Adaptability: A proven ability to quickly grasp and articulate new technology concepts and architecture with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Performance Focus: Demonstrated experience diagnosing, solving, and implementing preventative measures for complex performance and optimisation problems. You are driven to iterate quickly and safely on high-scale systems.
    • Testing Proficiency: Strong knowledge of writing robust unit test cases using frameworks like Jest and React Testing Library (RTL).
    • Bonus Points: Experience with mobile web development and Progressive Web Apps (PWA) is a significant plus.
    • Attitude: Highly positive, proactive attitude and proven ability to build strong, collaborative relationships across all levels of the organisation.
