Brevo is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Americas Sales to spearhead and scale our sales organization across North and South America. This is a high-impact managing role focused on driving revenue growth, building a high-performing team, and deepening our presence in the market. You’ll play a key role in shaping our go-to-market strategy and expanding our customer footprint in the SaaS/Martech space.
As a Director of Sales, you will:
- Own and execute the sales strategy across the Americas region to drive predictable revenue growth and increase market share.
- Spearhead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, development, and enabling to help reps exceed targets.
- Drive new business and expansion opportunities by identifying growth markets, customer needs, and emerging industry trends.
- Build and strengthen executive-level relationships with key customers and strategic partners across segments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align on pipeline generation, product-market fit, and customer experience.
- Forecast accurately and manage sales performance, using data to inform strategic thinking and ensure accountability to goals.
- Establish sales playbooks and processes to ensure operational efficiency across both high-velocity and enterprise sales motions.
- Act as a thought-leader and brand ambassador for Brevo at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements.
What Will Help You Succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a strong plus.
- 10+ years of progressive sales experience, including 5+ years in a senior sales lead role.
- Demonstrated success in scaling B2B sales teams in a SaaS/Martech environment.
- Deep knowledge of both high-velocity sales and enterprise deal cycles, with a clear knowledge of how to manage both effectively.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Inspirational model with exceptional coaching, communication, and people management skills.
- Strategic mindset with strong systematic and forecasting abilities.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.

$280,000 - $330,000 a year
This range includes both base salary and commission (OTE).
