Your role as the Adoption and Change Management Consultant
The Adoption and Change Management helps our clients scale to drive user adoption of Modern Work productivity applications (Teams, Office, Copilot) with their customers. The Adoption and Change Management consultant is a senior-level consultant with in-depth management planning experience and an intuitive ability to seamlessly lead the transformation of people, technologies, and medium- and large-scale processes through the development and implementation of effective change strategies. In this role, you will interact with other stakeholders involved in the engagement, such as the Project Manager and the Business Architect.

This role is fully remote and can be located in any US state except for Hawaii, and occasional travel may be required.

How you'll contribute

    • Utilize multiple change methodologies and tools to plan, manage, and deliver on enterprise change initiatives at strategic and tactical levels
    • Deliver range of services using a proven behavior change methodology to achieve optimal results
    • Work in partnership with assigned clients to understand their business and change needs
    • Deliver customized solutions based on client’s specific needs and their organizational culture/environment so working in partnership with the overall program team is key to achieving this needed customization
    • Educate clients about how Microsoft delivers change, so they are comfortable with and aware of our approach
    • Leverage Microsoft’s ACM tools, methodologies, and best practices (aligned with Prosci® tools and techniques) to create customized recommendations and execution plans to drive results
    • Develop and communicate execution guidance to ensure all stakeholders are aligned with project milestones and their accountabilities

Your skills and approach

    • Experience leading end-user technology adoption with enterprise customers, ideally Microsoft Teams
    • Deep knowledge of, and skills in, specific ACM (Adoption and Change Management) domains and certification in PROSCI, CCMP or other
    • Excellent communication skills – written and presentation
    • Executive presence
The salary range for this role is $130,000-$155,000/year. Actual salary will be determined based upon relevant work experience, certifications, education, and geographic location of the hired candidate. The salary listed here is specific to this opening only.
