Job Description


Lifesten Health, an incentive-based wellness technology firm, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager who will play a crucial role in promoting Lifesten Health's unique approach to health and wellness, empowering individuals to achieve their health goals in a fun, engaging, and rewarding manner. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new clients, particularly for our workplace wellness programs, with the ultimate goal of promoting holistic healthcare and reducing non-communicable diseases in Rwanda.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to drive client acquisition, particularly for workplace wellness programs.
- Develop sales strategies and action plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and campaigns that resonate with the target audience.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate clients, healthcare providers, and other partners.
- Customize wellness programs to meet the specific needs and goals of corporate clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.

Product Knowledge and Training:

- Stay well-informed about the Lifesten Health app and wellness programs.
- Provide training and support to the sales team to ensure they can effectively communicate the app's benefits to potential clients.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Analyze sales to evaluate performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on key metrics and achievements.


- Bachelor’s degree in sales, Business, or another related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry, with a minimum of 5 years in the Rwandan ecosystem.
- Strong understanding and background of the startup ecosystem, including trends and regulations.
- Proven strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving healthcare environment.
