Role Overview
As the strategic partner and trusted advisor to our Government & Enterprise partners, you'll help by driving mutual growth through proactive relationship management, deep understanding of client needs, and effective solution delivery. The Account Manager works to ensure client success, retention, and expansion while maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders by ensuring proactive and regular client health checks and business reviews.
- Ensure strategic account planning and execution while identifying and pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities and drive account expansion strategies
- Develop long-term account growth plans and frameworks for scalable account management
- Ensure successful implementation of products/services and monitor service quality and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions and help drive adoption of new features and services.
- Identify, monitor and manage key risk areas.
- Provide industry insights and best practices and develop structured reporting processes.
