About the role
The Program Delivery Manager flies the flag for best-in-class experience for our partners, leveraging the tools in your tool kit to land at the sweet spot for ‘ways of working’. It plays a key role in the collaboration that drives business growth and enhances organisational effectiveness and efficiency.

Working closely across multiple teams internally and translating effective solutions to our external partners, you will establish mutually beneficial partnerships to define project objectives, allocate resources effectively and ensure the exceptional execution of priority projects.

This role is hugely focused on the partnership experience, fostering trusted strategic relationships with key stakeholders and their delivery counterpart, consult to enhance and grow product and service offerings, co-design and build new program features and capabilities to defend and maintain the program goals for the partner.
 
About you

·       You have start-up or scale-up experience - there is no shortage of big problems we get out of bed to solve for - bonus points for a background in climate tech, fin-tech, sustainable industries.
·       Demonstratable experience interfacing 1-1 with enterprise, corporate, government and industry partnerships, particularly in a delivery role.
·       You are that go-to person and someone that is curious, and seeks to be a knowledge expert, you know the value of a super power and you bring yours.
·       You have a bias for action, being a positive impact and a force for good. You lead by example in everything you do. You believe culture is made when we are get together.
·       Second-to-none interpersonal communication style. You have a genuine desire to understand the inner workings of all levels of the organisation and get at the core of what is going on in other teams worlds
·       You know what it means to be ‘working backwards’. You are customer obsessed and motivated not to walk past when there are pain-points in the customer journey and look holistically for solutions.
·       You are comfortable working autonomously and get on with it in times of ambiguity, shifting focus from one new thing to another, juggling lots all at once, but prioritising your day to day on your own with smarts
·       You value forging strong personal relationships as the backbone to your professional ones, and immerse yourself in the opportunities to make diverse connections at all levels and across the entire organisation.
