About the Role
A Partnership Services Manager, you’ll be responsible for the ongoing development of Brighte Retail capability. This capability supports Enterprise partners by providing their customers with the ability to purchase energy equipment via Brighte’s network of equipment retailers and installers.

Please note that this is an 8-month contract with an ideal start date at the beginning of December 2024 - August 2025. There is the potential that the contract could be extended.
 
What You’ll Do
·       Lead, mentor, and manage the on-shore and off-shore Non-Lending sales teams by fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture with a focus on delivering sales for the Brighte installer network.
·       Identify team training needs and implement development programs to enhance team skills and performance
·       Create, prepare and present regular reports on the sales performance to senior management.
·       Drive sales for Enterprise Partners and Equipment sellers and Installers - work with the Finance team to set, monitor, and achieve sales and revenue targets and quotas.
·       Oversee the sales process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness from lead generation to closing deals.
·       Identify new opportunities, market trends, customer needs, and provide timely reporting on the competitive landscape by using data analytics to inform strategic decisions to optimise sales efforts.
·       Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activity, emerging technologies, and best practices in sales and adapt strategies and tactics to respond to changing market conditions and business needs.
·       Ensure a positive customer experience across all touchpoints.
·       Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure offerings meet market demands and customer needs and implement relevant product offerings in collaboration with your sales teams and vendor base.
·       Provide timely and accurate reporting on competitive activity that may impact Brighte Retail success.
·       Work closely with other departments such as enterprise and equipment channel sales, marketing, product development, finance, and operations to ensure alignment and support for Brighte Non-Lending capabilities.


What You’ll Bring
·       Experience in the renewable energy or home electrification space is highly advantageous
·       You have strong experience in building strong stakeholder relationships and have demonstrated experience in a sales role within a Financial Services environment
·       You are experienced in building seamless customer journeys.
·       Willingness to learn to manage high performing sales teams -both onshore and offshore - in the renewable energy or home electrification space.
·       You are a skilled communicator who can effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, employees, customers, and partners.
·       Ability to think critically and strategically.
