BrightEdge is currently seeking a Billing Analyst who will own the billing process and collaborate with the sales team to properly invoice our customers on a timely basis.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitor sales orders available for billing and ensure invoices are submitted to customers with great accuracy and on-time
    • Evaluate sales orders available for billing configuration, Master Service Arrangement, and open cases and deliver a high-quality invoice based on sales order details
    • Support sales team with vendor setup forms
    • Address case issues submitted to the billing email alias and follow up with sales and accounts receivable, as needed
    • Assist the collections and sales teams with responding to customer inquiries on billings and address issues on a timely basis
    • Collaborate with the Accounting Analyst and AR Manager to execute credit memos

We're Looking For:

    • Bachelor's degree, preferably in accounting, finance, or a business-related field
    • 1-5 years of work experience in billing, AR, or collections
    • A positive demeanor, in a customer role, needs to be very positive
    • Ability to understand and follow process and cadence
    • Very strong attention to detail and a sense of pride in work
    • Problem solver and excellent collaborator – Sales & Finance
    • Customer service oriented with strong follow-up
