About the Role:
As a Client Onboarding Manager, you represent the face of the company to our new customers. A great Client Onboarding Manager has a positive attitude and delivers a consistently great experience for our new customers. You will be responsible for presenting and educating new customers on platform best practices to support their organic marketing channel.
**NOTE: This is an entry level, individual contributor role based out of our Cleveland HQ.
What You Will Do:
- Deliver onboarding trainings and materials
- Ensure platform adoption
- Ensure timely scheduling and delivery of onboarding sessions
- Ensure successful transitions to the Customer Success Manager team after onboarding
What it Takes to be Successful:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1+ years’ experience working in a Marketing Technology environment a plus
- Strong analytical skill set; experience working with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics is a plus
- Strong articulation and presentation skills
- Ability to follow process consistently in a high call volume environment
- Willingness to learn and use coaching feedback to improve
- Passionate about working with customers and delivering a great customer experience
