-Lead projects through all activities required to successfully deliver Adobe/Omniture, Google Analytics, and other Web Analytics solutions.
-Lead clients in requirements gathering, full scoping, and solution design.
-Engage directly with BrightEdge senior leadership to help build enhancements and standard integration frameworks that can scale as the business grows.
-Draft design documents and technical specifications for the overall business solution
-Consult with clients on best practices for data migration, integration, and deployment.
-Support integration testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing
-Lead the Solution Design, Development/Configuration, Testing, and Debugging
-Support Customers as they modify/change their BE Integrations.
-Troubleshoot issues with BE Integrations that customers may face.
-Work cross functionally to identify performance and collection gaps and other bottlenecks and communicate that back to Product Management for future enhancements.
-Develop blueprints, automation code, and evaluate tools to fulfill solution gaps.
-Own overall solution delivery across tracks- planning, requirements and design, implementation, training and business adoption, change management, etc. by engaging relevant stakeholder
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related major
- 3+ years of relevant professional work experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-facilitation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong/expert technical skills including SQL, Python, XML, APIs, Web analytics services
- Knowledge of SaaS platform architectures and database design
- Familiarity and experience with implementing Adobe Data Warehouse/Analytics and Google Analytics solutions
