We’re looking for one of our first Account Executives to accelerate BrightHire’s growth and help us capture the market for an entirely new category of hiring technology.
We have a big vision and mission, and we need a talented, diverse team to make them a reality. You’ll be working directly with the CEO and CRO (co-founders) and play a critical role in scaling our business. This position offers competitive and uncapped earnings potential, meaningful equity, paid health coverage, and a budget to set up your ideal work environment (whether in NYC or remote).
Your deals will look like this:
Five- and six-figure enterprise commitments
Sold through various stakeholders who have a vested interest in hiring excellence: Chief People Officers; Heads of Talent Acquisition; and Sales, Engineering, and Product leaders
Executed in 30-90 day sales cycles
How you’ll be successful:
Execute a vision- and value-based sale, vs a feature-focused sale
Generate your own pipeline via multi-channel outbound activity, and work with your BDR to quickly qualify opportunities to prioritize your time, energy and focus
Build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, from executives to front-line recruiters
Become an expert in hiring processes and technologies
Sustain deal momentum with persistent & thoughtful follow-up, never letting an opportunity stall when you could be moving it forward
Continuously refine your pitch, demo, and objection handling based on your learnings from the market
Plan and forecast accurately on a monthly basis and quarterly basis
Make seamless handoffs to your partners in Customer Success so we can onboard new clients beautifully
We’re looking for someone who has:
A track record of achievement in a quota-carrying role

An ability to communicate in ways that generate excitement and action
A capacity to thrive independently
A growth mindset - receptive of coaching and continuous learning
A deep reserve of resilience and a conviction in their ability to deliver
A passion for building something new

In a B2B SaaS environment
