As a critical member of the Client Service team, you’ll collaborate closely with lead advisors to ensure clients and prospective clients receive the highest quality service and client experience. 

This role is client-facing and involves direct engagement with Family Office and Multi-Family Office clients, including attending select client meetings, practicing sound judgment, discretion, and independent decision-making while being privy to highly confidential household and financial information. You will be expected to analyze complex situations, make recommendations, and determine appropriate courses of action that advance our clients’ goals.  You’ll be part of a dynamic team utilizing your exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills to deliver a remarkable client experience.

Your Role - Strategic Partnership

    • Partner with Lead Advisors to design and implement strategies that address the unique needs of high-net-worth families.
    • Attend select client meetings to analyze discussions, identify follow-up needs, and determine appropriate next steps to ensure seamless execution.
    • Act as a trusted liaison for families, custodians, and external partners, exercising judgment in communications and decision-making.
    • Evaluate client requests, recommend solutions, and oversee execution with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality.

Your Role – Data & Process Stewardship

    • Collect, analyze, and maintain complex financial, legal, and personal data within CRM (Salesforce) and other firm systems; ensure ongoing data integrity.
    • Evaluate documentation related to client onboarding, implementation, and ongoing client needs; determine the appropriate path to resolution.
    • Oversee money movement requests (capital calls, distributions, trades, transfers) to confirm accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance before approval.
    • Manage complex and strategic calendaring needs for families and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with client priorities and business objectives.

Your Role – Client Experience Leadership

    • Partner with advisors to oversee onboarding, implementation, and ongoing engagement for strategic and complex families.
    • Professionally represent the firm in direct interactions with clients, families, custodians, and external partners.
    • Attend select client meetings, determine follow-up actions, and drive seamless execution.
    • Lead quality control efforts to mitigate risk and maintain accuracy across all client deliverables.
    • Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and implement initiatives that strengthen relationships and reflect our culture.
    • Collaborate with internal teams on strategic projects that advance the Family Office offering.

Your Experience

    • 1 – 4 years of experience in a professional services, financial services, or family office or multi-family office environment, with direct client-facing responsibilities.
    • Undergraduate degree desired; Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting degree preferred

    • Professional presence with excellent communication skills, capable of engaging confidently with clients, advisors, and external partners.
    • Self-motivated and takes pride in providing exceptional support to clients and the team
    • Strong organization skills, excellent attention and accuracy to detail
    • Ability to handle sensitive client information with discretion and professionalism
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required; Salesforce experience a plus
    • This role is an in-office, full-time, and exempt position; we are a work-from-office culture with flexibility

Compensation

    • Pay: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
