Brighton Jones, one of the country’s fastest growing wealth management firms, is looking for an Executive Assistant to join our Seattle team and provide immediate positive impact for the Senior Lead Advisor (SLA). In this critical role, the Executive Assistant will help fully leverage the ability of the SLA to maximize their impact and effectiveness.

Your Role - Organizational & Administrative
- Act as a versatile support resource for the Senior Lead Advisor, willingly taking on a diverse array of tasks and special projects as required and embracing a "whatever it takes" attitude to support the SLA and the team.
- Provide strategic and administrative support with respect to planning and executing a wide range of remarkable experiences for the team ranging from volunteering, social events, celebrations, retreats, to personalized gifts for teammates.
- Take on ad-hoc projects from the Senior Lead Advisor (and in partnership with the RLBPs) around People and Operations and provide support on special projects and initiatives as needed.
- Provide local support for interviewee experience and onboarding experience.
- Manage relationships and projects outside of Brighton Jones, this could be related to non-profit boards and philanthropic activity or vendors and property managers for the office.
- Arrange and coordinate travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Manage Paycom on behalf of SLA including PTO requests, expense tracking & approval, team spending, and provide monthly/quarterly budget reports to SLA. Ensure teammates are not taking PTO during peak days for Client Service.
- Manage team member movement, from teammate seating and location to supporting the SLA on client transition worksheets, and ensuring the right stakeholders (leads, SCAs, RLBPs) are collaborated with at the right time.
Your Role - Communications & Calendar Management
- Support the SLA on their schedule needs for internal and external meetings, this ranges from weekly meetings, to board meetings, to team retreats and more. Prepare any necessary materials for those meetings and coordinate logistics, such as booking meeting rooms and technology needs.
- Take clear and detailed meeting notes for the SLA and ensure follow-up actions items are communicated.
- Ensure SLA is prepared for their meetings and various engagements.
- Communicate the company RoB and create a calendar specific for the pod based on the RoB.
- Assist with incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the SLA, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Support the SLA and pod in tracking and communicating key metrics.
- Track and ensure there is follow up and communication around any asks of the team/ teammates.
Role Competencies
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2-4 years of professional work experience preferred in executive administrative support;
- Organizational Skills | Effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects in a fastpaced environment.
- Time Management | Plan and organize time for self and others efficiently, ensuring tasks are completed within set timelines.

- Communication Skills | Communicate written and verbal information with precision, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Confidentiality | Show discretion, ensure secure handling of sensitive information and maintain high standards of privacy and trust.
- This role is an in-office, full-time, and exempt position. We are a work from office culture with lots of flexibility
Compensation:
- Pay: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

What to expect in the hiring process
1. Values in Action Self-Assessment - at Brighton Jones we don’t just talk about our values, we live by them! We’ve operationalized our values into behaviors and part of the application process includes completing a brief self-assessment on our Values in Action.
2. Initial Interview - this 30-min chat with a recruiter or hiring manager gives us a chance to learn about your background and goals and share more about the role and company.
3. Role Alignment - next you’ll meet with the hiring manager and a peer (virtual or in-person) to dive deeper into the role, responsibilities, and your transferrable experiences.
4. Full Loop - you’ll meet the team in two, back-to-back interviews with team members you’re likely to work with. During these conversations, we’ll be listening for examples of your technical skills as well as how core values show up in your experience. There may also be a writing sample, role play, hiring, or technical assessment depending on the position.
5. Personal Reference Calls - in this final step in the hiring process, you will be asked to arrange 1-2 personal reference calls with past managers of our choosing.
