Position Overview: We are looking for an Integration Developer with 2-5 years of experience who possesses a strong technical skill set of designing, building, and consuming APIs. In this role, you will drive the of creating innovative technology solutions that seamlessly connect data across our diverse tech stack for multiple lines of business. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring superior data quality for a rapidly growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, build integrations to on-prem and clouds based applications using the Mulesoft platform (API Manager, CloudHub, Anypoint Studio, Dataweave)
- Writing Dataweave expressions to transform data, Control message content, flow, and processing by selecting and implementing appropriate connectors, routers, scopes, and filters
- Create and configure flows, sub flows, and flow processing strategies for reusability and performance
- Collaborate with Enterprise Application and Data/BI teams to understand and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather technical requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs
- Monitor and troubleshoot complex production integration issues, identify source of the issues and fix/work with appropriate team to resolve the issue
- Continually analyze and innovate to develop assets that improve the overall quality and success of the platform
- Manage and maintain integration related source code repositories
- Stay current with emerging technologies, best practices, trends, and market developments related to system integrations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
- 4+ years of experience with the last 2+ years building and consuming REST, SOAP, APIs, and web services, preferably using MuleSoft Anypoint
- Strong working knowledge middleware tools, preferable using MuleSoft platform capabilities and architecture with experience in administration and deployment to different environments
- Experience integrating with Salesforce, NetSuite, Snowflake, Marketo is desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently to tackle well-scoped and loosely scoped user stories
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Compensation:
- Pay: $110,000 - $135,000 per year

What to expect in the hiring process
1. Values in Action Self-Assessment - at Brighton Jones we don’t just talk about our values, we live by them! We’ve operationalized our values into behaviors and part of the application process includes completing a brief self-assessment on our Values in Action.
2. Initial Interview - this 30-min chat with a recruiter or hiring manager gives us a chance to learn about your background and goals and share more about the role and company.
3. Role Alignment - next you’ll meet with the hiring manager and a peer (virtual or in-person) to dive deeper into the role, responsibilities, and your transferrable experiences.
4. Full Loop - you’ll meet the team in two, back-to-back interviews with team members you’re likely to work with. During these conversations, we’ll be listening for examples of your technical skills as well as how core values show up in your experience. There may also be a writing sample, role play, hiring, or technical assessment depending on the position.
5. Personal Reference Calls - in this final step in the hiring process, you will be asked to arrange 1-2 personal reference calls with past managers of our choosing.
