The Role

Brilliant is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Creative Program Manager to join our Art team. 

You will work alongside a team of 8-10 illustrators, motion designers, and copywriters, and oversee the execution of creative work to support high-impact Marketing, Brand, and Content initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders to anticipate workload and resources needed for cross-functional collaboration. You will also partner closely with the Head of Art to build the operational framework for the Art team, which involves managing multiple work streams, writing project plans, owning schedules, outlining key milestones, and working closely with individual creative contributors to develop and execute against project deliverables and broader business goals.

Responsibilities

    • Work with creative and leadership to develop clear briefs, detailed engagement plans, and continuously drive toward milestones while maintaining a healthy team culture.
    • Manage key processes for the creative team, including: project intake and prioritization; resourcing and status reporting; and creative reviews
    • Drive and execute multiple projects at once, such as social media campaigns, course chapter launches, creative sprints, asset libraries, etc. 
    • Create and streamline internal project management processes by assessing pain points, creating templates, and researching different project tracking tools.

You...

    • Ideally have a deep understanding and relevant experience at an agency or in-house creative studio overseeing the creative development process 
    • Are an excellent communicator across disciplines
    • Have a proven track record of delivering projects on-time at a high quality
    • Are familiar with different methods of managing content and design projects, and feel comfortable tailoring the process to the problem at hand.
    • Are able to work on multiple projects concurrently, manage time efficiently, and collaborate across many different stakeholders.
    • Have a dose of pragmatism, and are comfortable weighing ideal solutions against the realities of a live product
