Job requirements
- Brillio is looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect who will be responsible for design, drive the development and maintenance of contact center application in salesforce.com platform.
- The candidate will join the group, responsible for Contact Center delivery platform to help address our clients’ needs, grow our practice, and enhance our Culture of Investment Excellence.
- The primary focus will be full life cycle of Salesforce development and integration with third-party services using agile methodologies.
- The candidate will be working with other developers on different layers of the infrastructure and integration. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, state of the art design and creating quality products is essential.
- Analyze the business requirement and define the appropriate design with respect to data modeling, perform configuration and customization of the salesforce.com platform.
- Design and develop high-performance, reusable lightening component.
- Salesforce Data Cloud, AgentForce, Mule, Visualforce, lightening web component and Apex development.
- Guide team on writing test classes for developed classes and ensuring more than 90% code coverage
- Translating functional requirements into technical requirements.
- Identifying bugs and aligning with requirements during debugging.
- Guide & implement Testing automation, bug fixing and deploying to production
- Make suggestions for better solutions to problems
- Keep abreast of the latest and emerging technologies
- Should have previous contact center experience & implementation knowledge on CTI integration
- 2+ year of Core Development experience in Salesforce.com
- Apex Programming: Triggers, classes, batch jobs, future/queueable methods, Exception handling, governor limits
- Lightning Components (Aura & LWC): data binding, communication between components, Use of wire services and Apex calls in LWC, Handling events and performance best practices
- System Design & Problem Solving: Ability to architect scalable solutions. Handling data volume, sharing rules, and governor limits
- Integration Knowledge: REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, callouts. Handling async calls and errors
- 2+ year of Omni Channel experience in Lightening Component, Lightening Event, Lightening page template
- 2+ year of development experience in Visual Force, Apex, Process flows.
- 2+ year of development experience in Mule.
- Hands-on experience on Data Cloud & integration
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce Omni Channel and administration (e.g., Define routing, queues, managing users, security controls, and data as well as creating roles, profiles, and reports).
- Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, record layout, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation according to application requirements.
- Experience in integrating external applications to Salesforce
- Previous work experience with enterprise application and software development
- Experience developing customer-facing interfaces
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide required solutions
- Must have knowledge on sales cloud, service cloud and financial cloud.
- Experience with SFDC and UX integration will be big plus
- Experience in integrating with Angular/React applications will be big plus
- Experience in OpenCTI Integration experience will be big plus.
- Experience in Service Cloud implementation
