Location Requirement: Guadalajara, Hybrid.

5–7 years of professional experience in software QA, including both manual and automation testing

Proficiency with test automation tools: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or TestCafe

Experience testing REST APIs using Postman, Swagger, or similar frameworks

Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, test case design, and defect lifecycle

Experience with CI/CD tools and workflows (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)

Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools like Jira, TestRail, Zephyr

Working knowledge of JavaScript, Python, Java, or similar scripting/programming languages used in test automation

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal)

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced agile environment

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases for web and backend applications

Create and maintain automation test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or TestCafe

Test and validate REST APIs using tools like Postman, Swagger, or custom automation frameworks

Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and release activities to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle

Document defects clearly and track them through resolution using tools such as Jira

Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to understand features and technical implementation

Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI

Maintain and improve test plans, test cases, and documentation using test management tools such as TestRail or Zephyr
