Job requirements
- Responsible for enhancing the ServiceNow platform across Incident Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
- Develop scalable solutions, reduce MTTR, and improve user experience.
- Customize and extend modules: CSM, Incident, Service Catalog, CMDB
- Develop scripts using JavaScript, Glide API, Jelly, AngularJS
- Integrate DevOps tools: Git, Jenkins, ServiceNow CICD
- Conduct code reviews and write test cases
- Recommend efficient technical solutions
- Optimize workflows and dashboards
- 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- Certified Application Developer (CAD) or equivalent
- Proven success in reducing MTTR and meeting SLAs
- Modules: ITSM, CSM, Service Catalog, CMDB
- Scripting: JavaScript, AngularJS
- Integrations: REST/SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub
- DevOps: Git, Jenkins, CICD pipelines
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Team player and mentor
- Ownership from design to deployment
