Brillio is looking for an Analytics leader with a strong Data & Analytics background, who will shape and drive growth within the Data, Analytics and AI practice. The position will require the person to focus on driving innovation and growth bringing thought leadership across domain and technology. This requires the person to have very strong understanding and experience in end-to-end Data Analytics lifecycle including Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, AI and Gen AI. We are looking for an experienced leader with a hands-on technical background and a proven track record in the same or similar level role in a well-established Digital Transformation, Consulting or Analytics Service Provider companies. Your roles and responsibilities include: • Consultatively engage with Chief Digital Officer / Chief Data Officer of key account to establish digital / data vision as well as provide strategic guidance and roadmap. • Lead and challenge team and customers to create great strategies, solutions and operating models. • Map customer vision & requirements to specific data / analytics / AI solutions and components. • Be growth focussed, proactively position new capabilities, and showcase a solutioning mindset to identify and develop new opportunities and solve client’s problems. • Delivery of Business Strategy, Organizational Transformation, Operations Improvement/Turnaround, Change Management projects. • Mentor and coach clients and team members to enhance their ability to deliver on the agreed data strategy. • Assemble a team of analysts & engineers and deliver a proof of concept or MVP to drive the point home and ensure a long-lasting and fruitful customer relationship. Pre-requisites: • Approximately 12-15 years of career span managing and delivering engagements with focus on some or full value stream of data & analytics – data engineering, visualization, insights generation and AI / ML. • Strong understanding or hands-on experience in the data engineering space with AWS, GCP or other Cloud technologies. • Lean mindset, combining technology and entrepreneurial skills with core management skills. • Leadership presence YOU WILL BE MEASURED ON • Customer satisfaction • Revenue growth • Consulting
