Job requirements

    • The Product Owner will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, defining product vision, prioritizing features, and ensuring successful delivery of high-value solutions. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, customer empathy, and technical understanding to ensure that the product roadmap aligns with business goals and delivers measurable outcomes.
    • Responsibilities
    • · Define, maintain, and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
    • · Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize business and technical requirements.
    • · Create, manage, and refine the product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment with business priorities.
    • · Work closely with development teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.
    • · Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring end-user needs are incorporated into design and development.
    • · Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
    • · Define and track key product metrics to measure success and guide future enhancements.
    • · Make informed trade-off decisions between scope, timelines, and resources.
    • · Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and quality standards.
    • · Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.

    • Skills & Qualifications Education
    • · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
    • Experience · 5–8 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or related roles. · Proven track record of managing enterprise-grade digital products from conception to delivery.
    • · Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

    • Technical Skills
    • · Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile frameworks.
    • · Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar project management platforms.
    • · Basic understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and modern technology stacks.
    • · Ability to analyze data and derive insights for decision-making. Soft Skills · Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • · Strategic thinking with a customer-centric mindset.
    • · Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • · Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

    • Preferred Qualifications · Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification.
