      The workplace practice is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Project Manager, in order to drive the execution of a migration project, specifically migrating users from existing EUC Desktop and M365 environment to another established environment. Circa 1000 users.

      ROLE OBJECTIVE & DELIVERABLES: Senior Project Manager (PM)
    • Lead a global digital workplace migration engagement for and global banking client
    • Have a good understanding of migration process to cover workplace technology e.g. M365/EUC Devices/Voice Services
    • Manage an internal team of SME’s and PMO resources to deliver the project
    • Work directly with the client and their teams to create a ‘oneteam’ delivery ethos
    • Manage the migration of all in-scope users into the target environments
    • Report back to the Workplace Delivery lead in Brillio and Workplace Director weekly on progress and manage any specific client project governance Main Duties:
    • Delivery Management
    • Manage relationships with sponsor/s, managing stakeholders
    • Understand commercials ensuring payment milestones and deliverables are aligned, tracked, and understood
    • Maintain and run regular internal delivery reviews with the delivery team and Brillio delivery management
    • Maintain and run regular external delivery reviews with the customer sponsor
    • Manage issues relating to delivery escalating where required
    • QA deliverables submitted by the delivery team for internal review prior to review with the agreed customer approvers
    • Track timesheet and expense submissions, ensuring the delivery keeps to forecasted spend, driving efficiencies where possible
    • Escalate issues early to Practice Director and Delivery Management
    • Supply regular updates on progress in delivery reviews
    • Manage conflicts and issues, managing expectations and ensuring early sight of potential issues to Practice Lead
    • Engagement Delivery
    • o Understand the commercials, scope, activities, and deliverables for the engagement as a whole
    • o Build and maintain the delivery plan ensuring scope, time, cost, resourcing and schedule are aligned with deliverables and outcomes
    • o Manage stakeholder across the customer ensuring appropriate and regular communications and involvement
    • o Build and maintain a stakeholder map for the engagement and broader customer organisation
    • o Maintain active RAID logs for the engagement, managing risks and issues
    • o Execute upon activities and deliverables as appropriate using assigned SME’s, ensuring these are operated to client guidelines and within client change governance
    • Pre-Sales
    • o Identify any new potential work or activity continuation for the client and discuss with practice director for development Experience of driving large sized projects and improvements in difficult situations, cultures and with tenacity. Broad infrastructure domain experience across infrastructure towers with up to date and relevant experience in Workplace technologies specifically modern management and M365 and some voice exposure.
    • Previous consultancy experience is desired including working within tight deadlines and difficult stakeholders.
    • Strong project/programme experience and management of multiple parties, both line and matrix managed is required with experience of working within senior management structures reporting to C-Level stakeholders and sponsors.
