Lead-to-Cash Solution Architect Function: Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) & Pre-Sales

Brillio’s Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) is at the forefront of shaping client transformation journeys. We are expanding our CoE and Pre-Sales capabilities with strategic hires who bring deep technical expertise, strong business acumen, and consultative pre-sales experience.
These roles will serve as strategic solution architects – combining platform mastery with an ability to design, position, and deliver differentiated Salesforce solutions that accelerate customer success and drive growth across industries. Key Responsibilities: Solution Architecture & Design
-Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across key domains such as Agentforce, Data Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lead-to-Cash processes.
-Translate client business challenges into scalable Salesforce-based solutions with measurable business outcomes.
-Architect and validate complex enterprise-level designs across Salesforce ecosystem components (Sales, Service, Experience, Data Cloud, CPQ, Mulesoft, etc.). Pre-Sales & Deal Support
-Partner with sales and delivery teams to drive RFP responses, client demos, solution workshops, and estimations.
-Craft high-impact solution narratives, business cases, and value propositions aligned to client priorities.
-Engage with global clients and account teams to position Brillio’s Salesforce capabilities in competitive pursuits. CoE Enablement & Knowledge Building
-Contribute to building Brillio’s Salesforce CoE accelerators, frameworks, and reusable assets.
-Mentor teams and enable capability development across pre-sales and delivery units.
-Collaborate cross-functionally to bring domain depth and technology leadership into CoE initiatives. Process & Pipeline Development
-Support the creation of a robust pipeline of process- and technology-oriented architects with pre-sales background for future scaling.
-Standardize pre-sales practices, templates, and value engineering models within the CoE. Ideal Profile:
Experience: 12+ years of overall Salesforce experience, with 3–5 years in pre-sales, solution architecture, or client-facing consulting roles. Expertise Areas:
Role 1: Salesforce Agentforce, Data Cloud, Einstein 1, and Omni-channel architecture.
Role 2: Salesforce Platform, Service Cloud, and AppExchange integrations.
Role 3: Lead-to-Cash processes, CPQ, Billing, Revenue Cloud, and order management. Certifications: Salesforce Certified Application/Technical Architect preferred; additional domain-specific certifications a plus. Skills:
Strong business consulting and storytelling ability to translate tech into value.
Experience in developing proposals, cost models, and value realization frameworks.
