Job requirements

    • 8 +years of industry experience with hands on managing projects in Data Warehousing with a minimum 4 years of experience working on Snowflake
    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related fields or equivalent practical experience.
    • Should have hands on experience with ETL tools (Matillion Preferred) Deep understanding of relational as well as NoSQL data stores, methods and approaches (star and snowflake, dimensional modelling).
    • Experience in designing and building manual or auto ingestion data pipeline using Snowpipe.
    • SnowSQL Experience in developing stored Procedures writing Queries to analyse and transform data.
    • Expertise in Snowflake data modeling, ELT using snowpipe, implementing stored procedures and standard DWH and ETL concepts.
    • Should have implement cloud-based Enterprise data warehouse solutions with multiple data platforms along with Snowflake environment to build data movement strategy.
    • Should be able to make necessary on-going updates to modeling principles, processes, solutions, and best practices to ensure that the Snowflake is aligned with business needs of the environment.
    • Should be able to lead in developing project requirements for end-to-end Data integration process using ETL for Structured, semi-structured and Unstructured Data.
    • Expertise in Snowflake concepts like setting up resource monitors, RBAC controls, virtual warehouse, query performance tuning, Zero copy clone, time travel and understand how to use these features.
