Job Overview
As an Associate Program Manager at Brinc, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the operational success and execution of our accelerator program. Working closely with the Program Manager (PM), you will assist in all aspects of program operations, relationship management, event planning, and data management. You will contribute to delivering an unparalleled experience for founders, mentors, partners, investors, and other stakeholders. This role offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the early-stage venture-backed company ecosystem and work with a dynamic team across the globe.

Duties and Responsibilities

    • Assist in the development and execution of the accelerator program, ensuring a seamless experience from startup sourcing to Demo Day.
    • Support the management of logistics, operations, administration, scheduling, and event planning throughout the program cycle.
    • Contribute to relationship management with our Investment and Corporate Partners, facilitating their involvement and support of the program.
    • Engage in cross-collaborative projects within Brinc, enhancing the accelerator product and portfolio.
    • Act as a representative of Brinc in the local community and broader ecosystem, fostering connections and support for the program.
    • Assist in startup sourcing activities, aligning with the program’s goals and requirements.

Job Requirements

    • 2+ years of experience in fast-paced environments, preferably with a background in business operations, project management, or a related field.
    • Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and with a diverse range of stakeholders.
    • Strong organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • A proactive mindset, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to operational excellence.
    • Adaptable and responsive to the dynamic needs of startups, mentors, and partners.
    • A passion for startups, entrepreneurship, and the venture capital ecosystem.
    • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
