In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our digital identity, focusing on creating and executing innovative social media strategies that resonate with our audience, especially Gen Z. Your goal will be to leverage social media's power to elevate Brinc's brand presence and influence.
As Brinc's Social Media Manager, your role will involve more than just crafting content. You will be a trendsetter, utilizing your skills in meme creation and your deep understanding of digital culture to engage our audience. Working closely with various internal teams, you will ensure that our brand messaging is consistent, engaging, and culturally relevant.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Managing Brinc's India social media profiles across different platforms.
- Creating compelling content that engages and expands our audience.
- Analyzing performance metrics to refine strategies for improved reach and engagement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency.
- Keeping up with social media trends and integrating them into our strategies.
Qualifications: To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- Proven expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A successful track record in developing content strategies and creating viral social media content.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and technologies, with a focus on appealing to Gen Z.
- Strong analytical abilities, including experience in data analysis and performance reporting.
- A collaborative nature, capable of working effectively with diverse teams.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

- Experience or a strong interest in the Web3 and Gaming sector is a significant plus.
