Job Description:
Detail-oriented, reliable, creative team leader of field evaluations of industrial structures.  Lead analysis, root cause evaluation, analytical modeling, calculations, and rehabilitation/replacement plans & specifications.  Client interface, proposal/estimate development.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
•Lead field evaluation of existing structures
•Lead services in modeling, calculations, material specification, reporting, design drawings, client/fabricator coordination
•Technical support for structural construction
•Client interface, proposal, and estimate development
•Team mentoring, management, and leadership
•Quality Assurance / Quality Control reviews 

Minimum Qualifications:
•Education: Bachelor of Science in Civil / Structural Engineering
•Experience: Typically 5+ to 15+ years of experience
•Licensure: S.E. is Required
•Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge of STAAD/SAP, AISC, AISC, and AWS required
Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam preferred
•Management: Client interface and team mentoring experience required
•Other Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills

Individual field assignments typically each have their own unique requirements.  Prior to deployment on any field assignment, you must be able to meet all client-specific site requirements.  Should you be unable or unwilling to meet assignment-specific requirements, your continued employment would then be subject to the availability of other assignments whose requirements can be met.  These unique requirements may include:
•You must possess physical mobility (on the ground and at heights).
•You may be required to pick up, lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.
•You may be required to work at heights, climb ladders and stairways, and may occasionally work off of platforms/scaffolding/ladders using the appropriate and required fall protection.  
•You must be able to work in all weather conditions (including heat, rain, cold, and wind) while wearing the appropriate PPE. This may include but not be limited to a hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, ear plugs, masks/respirators, hi-vis safety vests, leather gloves, and leather, steel-toed work boots.  
•You may be required to position yourself to work in confined spaces.
•You may be required to adhere to a client’s random drug testing program prior to entering their site.
•You may be required to meet a client’s facial hair safety policy prior to entering their site.
