Your Job:
As the Project Manager – Apparel Operations, you will lead cross-functional coordination and project management across the apparel organization. You will play a key role in managing seasonal timelines, milestone delivery, and calendar optimization. This role is critical in enabling alignment across teams including Product Line Management, Design, Development, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain―ensuring clarity, consistency, and timely execution.

You will be responsible for owning and evolving apparel’s seasonal Go-To-Market (GTM) calendar, facilitating All Hands communications, driving process improvements, and creating visual tools to bring greater transparency and efficiency to how teams work. This role demands a strong blend of cross-functional leadership, attention to detail, and an ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic product creation environment.

Your Responsibilities:

    • Calendar & Milestone Management 
    • Own and maintain the seasonal Apparel GTM calendar, ensuring alignment across cross-functional partners and updating key dates and deliverables as needed. 
    • Manage and coordinate seasonal cross-functional milestones, ensuring timely completion of team deliverables across Development, Design, Merchandising, and Sourcing. 
    • Build and manage specialty calendar models including quick-to-market or limited-edition timelines, tailoring processes and milestones accordingly. 
    • Lead bi-weekly Apparel All Hands meetings―crafting agendas, discussions, and facilitating alignment on strategic priorities. 
    • Schedule and manage milestone meetings, including booking and maintaining invites for key cross-functional checkpoints. 
    • Collaborate with administrative and operational counterparts to track and communicate key organizational dates and cross-team deliverables. 

    • Project & Process Leadership 
    • Lead project management efforts for major seasonal and strategic initiatives, ensuring clarity on timelines, roles, and next steps. 
    • Act as the central point of accountability for cross-functional deliverables, surfacing blockers, and facilitating solutions. 
    • Design and maintain visual tools, process maps, and calendar flow diagrams to enhance transparency and simplify complex deliverables for broad audiences. 
    • Lead process improvement conversations and workshops, partnering with cross-functional teams (including Footwear, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain) to identify gaps and build smarter, more connected workflows. 
    • Influence without authority, fostering a culture of accountability, clarity, and cross-functional excellence within the apparel team. 
    • Document best practices and maintain project and process guidelines to help scale and improve the business. 

Qualifications:

    • Experience with calendar building and management, ideally gained within Product Development or Sourcing/Supply Chain functions. 
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Apparel/Footwear, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience 
    • 5+ years of experience in project or program management within a consumer product or apparel organization 
    • Experience managing seasonal or product calendar and cross-functional deliverables in a fast-paced environment 
    • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, AirTable) and strong Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint skills 
    • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines 
    • Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders across levels and disciplines 
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to think strategically and connect individual tasks to the broader business goals 
    • Strong visual thinking and ability to develop flowcharts, Gantt charts, or other tools to represent calendar or process information clearly 
    • Passion for process improvement and ability to lead change management efforts across teams 
    • Enthusiasm for Brooks’ mission to inspire everyone to run and be active 
Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $46.33 - $69.49 per hour. Base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
