Your Job:
As an Integrated Planning (IP) Analyst at Brooks EMEA, you will work with the EMEA Integrated Planning 
(Demand & Supply) business users to develop, maintain, and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and 
analytics solutions that improve forecasting accuracy, optimize inventory levels, and enhance supply chain 
efficiency. You will partner with the EMEA IP managers to support their data and reporting needs, which will 
automate their work processes and enable them to plan and manage their business. You will use Knime, Power 
BI, and Microsoft AAS CUBEs based on Snowflake technology to develop reports and dashboards for business 
applications

Your Responsibilities:

    • Deliver Integrated Planning Reporting & Analytics 
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for demand and supply planning data to provide actionable insights to key stakeholders, including but not restricted to: KPIs, Root Cause analysis, Monthly demand planning reports, Demand Review dashboards, rolling forecast tracker, 24Mo EMEA demand plan consolidation 
    • Support EMEA Demand Planning and Supply Planning teams on all analytics needs, including identifying automation opportunities and execute them through available tools such as Knime and Power BI 
    • Support scenario planning by modeling different demand and supply scenarios and their impacts 

    • Support Integrated Planning Continuous Improvement  
    • Assist in gathering and analyzing data from various sources to support business initiatives across Integrated Planning 
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements 
    • Support the documentation of key processes and procedures 
    • Lead, mentor and train IP team members and cross-functional partners on the tools, systems, and processes within the Integrated Planning team  
    • Work independently on projects in the Integrated Planning environment

    • Support S&OP process 
    • Assist Demand Planning Team in preparing and facilitating monthly (pre) Demand Review 
    • Assist Planning Teams in preparing S&OE content 

    • Systems 
    • Build, maintain and execute data integration flows using KNIME and similar tools 
    • Build, maintain and update reporting and dashboards in Power BI and similar tools 

    • ERP Master Data 
    •  Own and maintain product data for global inventory styles and samples across ERP and Supply Planning systems; ensure data integrity through audits and adherence to master data policies. 
    • Serve as the primary contact for product data issues, driving resolution through process or technology changes in collaboration with cross-functional teams. 
    • Optimize data management processes to improve responsiveness to demand shifts. 
    • Lead auditing and exception reporting to ensure timely and accurate data in systems of record. 
    • Oversee item setup in PLM and ERP systems, including pre-audit and post-setup reviews to improve data accuracy. 
    • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define and support product master data requirements. 
    • Analyze data quality issues, propose solutions, and guide cleansing efforts for migrations and implementations. 
    • Build strong relationships across teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on master data strategy. 
    • Support training, testing, and cross-functional projects related to product data systems. 
    • Serve as a subject matter expert on product data and ERP systems, identifying opportunities for enhancements and ongoing support. 

Your Qualifications:

    • 2 years of experience in data analysis across systems and processes or similar experience in the Planning, Product Management, Business or Technology Teams or Business Intelligence space required 
    • Knowledge of advanced planning systems like Kinaxis, preferably experience using M3 related inventory planning tools and FLEX product line management system 
    • Experience in understanding maintaining product master data in an ERP system like Infor M3 is an advantage 
    • Being able to independently work in a fast-paced environment, that can be unstructured and evolves quickly 
    • Passion for data and governance with demonstrated ability to use data to tell a story and influence decision making 
    • strongly self-driven and independent individual that does not require a 1:1 in person mentoring  
    • Knowledge of data architecture and database structure 
    • Comfortable working with ambiguity and adaptable to changing demands and priorities 
    • Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously 
    • Strong knowledge of Excel and experience in creating data visualizations in tools such as Power BI, Excel or Tableau, knowledge of KNIME/Alteryx is a plus 
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating effective listening through concise, clear verbal and written communication
