Who We Are:

At Brooks, we believe a run can change a day, a life, the world. Everyone who works here is a key part of our obsession to make the best running gear on the planet. We want our business — which also happens to be our passion — to be a place where everyone feels welcome and comfortable being themselves. Our company culture defines us, bonds us together, and drives our success. We live this culture daily through our brand values: Runner First, Word is Bond, Champion Heart, There is no “I” in Run, and Keep Moving. This means we always solve for the runner, do what we say we will, give it our all, are generous with our humanity, and find a way to keep moving every day, because joy is kinetic.

Are you ready to help create something extraordinary?

Your Job:
As a Demand Planning Analyst, you play a crucial role in ensuring that we have the right product at the right time to meet our customers’ needs and our business goals.  You blend historical sales trends and patterns with insights from our Product and Sales teams to develop SKU level plans that reflect larger company objectives.  You have a deep understanding of the end-to-end planning process and are a key partner in ensuring a smooth flow of information from consumer and retailer feedback to product planning and finally to demand planning implementation.

Organized and detail oriented, you are responsible for cleaning and connecting our sales and product data into manageable datasets that support our sales and demand modeling.  You constantly strive to improve and streamline the flow of information and automate repetitive and unnecessary tasks.
You have a thorough understanding of the retailer mindset and are charged with collaborating with Sales and Product partners to identify patterns in the market and bring channel and product level insights to light.  Visual and communicative, you are adept and comfortable in analysis and dashboard building in both Excel and Tableau.  You have a knack for identifying trends and patterns in the data and are comfortable challenging assumptions.  You thrive on collaboration and are a natural problem solver.
