Your Job:

In your role as EMEA eCommerce intern, you will be responsible for supporting the eCommerce Operations Manager, and the eCommerce team with tasks related to Brooksrunning.eu . Responsibilities will range from coordinating end-to-end website projects and enhancements, identifying issues, coordination between cross-functional teams, and owning the issue resolution process. In this role, you will work closely with various cross functional teams to learn the fundamentals of eCommerce. You will be a contributor in finding and eliminating friction for our Runners to contribute user experience, brand engagement and site conversion.

We are looking for candidates available to commit to a full-time internship of 6 months minimum, starting as of mid-August or beginning of September 2025

Your Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the eCommerce Operations Manager, and other team members to support them with daily operational tasks.
    • Support with QA process for all projects, enhancements, and campaigns to ensure that the requested functionality is in place, the content is properly translated and locally relevant, information is accurate, links are functional, and featured product is available.
    • Own the ticket creation and testing process. Follow up open tickets via JIRA dashboards and present the progress to the eCommerce Operations Manager on a weekly basis.
    • Be the main liaison between the Customer Service team to identify and raise the issues coming from Runner feedback.
    • Conduct regular market research to identify market trends and opportunities for implementation.
    • Conduct daily QA on the website to identify friction areas.

Your Qualifications:

    • University student in the field of business studies, IT, or another technical field.
    • Strong interest in eCommerce, digital transformation, web development.
    • Keen attention to detail in planning, organization and execution of task.
    • Demonstrated ability to connect the dots and find creative solutions to problems.
    • Aptitude for organization, flexibility, and producing results.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve necessary results.
    • Strong customer focus and ability to anticipate and react to changing plans.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Any additional European languages are considered a plus.
    • Comfortable with working virtually.
    • Passionate participation in Brooks’ sports activities a plus, overridden by the ability to understand and empathize with the runner in order to develop loyal, engaging relationships with our customers and the Brooks community.
