Your Job:
As the Lead Business Analyst, Supply Chain Excellence, you will own the Supply Chain Business Analysis discipline globally connecting all central and regional functions in support of Brooks’ supply chain end-to-end transformation journey.
With a proven track-record in process optimization, automation integration, and large-scale system implementations, you will lead business analysis efforts for high-impact value creation initiatives across Supply Chain Operations, ensuring seamless deployment and operational transition to advanced supply chain excellence capabilities in a complex global omnichannel environment.
Leveraging your exceptional communication skills you will collaborate with enterprise cross-functional teams (IT, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Customer Service and external vendors) to define supply chain initiative scope, business processes, requirements and user stories that will serve as the foundational framework to deliver best in class capabilities.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead Business Analysis in support of Supply Chain Strategy Execution
- Drive business analysis for supply chain strategic initiatives to ensure requirements align with corporate financial objectives and operational excellence initiatives, in collaboration with Supply Chain leadership.
- Lead business processes and requirement development for supply chain transformation initiatives such as expanding and optimizing Distribution Operations network and building cost efficiencies, resiliency and scale in overall Transportation network alongside cross-functional stakeholders.
- Provide analysis to support the optimization of Brooks’ global carrier strategy, support the implementation of real-time transportation tracking, last-mile optimization, and cost-per-mile reduction initiatives to elevate omnichannel fulfillment capabilities.
- Support enterprise-wide data governance for Supply Chain Operations, by serving as the representative in data management programs to ensure alignment with best practices, regulatory compliance, and high-impact data standardization initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
- Partner with finance to elicit supply chain finance related Key Performance Indicators, processes, and business and data requirements for all new initiatives.
Advanced Data Analytics & Business Intelligence
- Develop the business analysis framework to support a series of large, high-complexity initiatives and multiple concurrent projects within the Supply Chain portfolio.
- Overhaul Key Performance Indicator (KPI) governance for Supply Chain across all Brooks’ regions by documenting performance benchmarks that drive data-backed network design, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.
- Conduct business analysis working sessions to elicit requirements in support of the implementation of digital dashboards and control towers, enabling predictive insights into Supply Chain operations within Brooks.
- Support Supply Chain Program Management with multi-dimensional financial modeling, ROI analysis for investments on fulfillment strategies alongside Finance partners.
Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
- Establish and embed foundational excellence in supply chain operations, through best-in-class business analysis methodologies that drive long-term efficiency, resilience, and continuous improvement across the global supply chain.
- Develop and implement governance of Brooks’ Supply Chain Operational Toolkits (OTK) for assigned supply chain departments, in collaboration with functional leaders to standardize training modules, process mapping, KPIs, performance metrics, information systems, data governance, and best practices that enhance efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence across the distribution network.
- Support global standardization in supply chain operations by collaborating with regional teams to adopt best practices enterprise-wide, process frameworks, and solutions that enhance scalability, efficiency, and cost optimization across Brooks' supply chain network.
- Develop and implement a structured framework for continuous distribution network enhancements that result in year-over-year operational cost efficiencies through process and workflow optimization.
- Lead business requirements sessions for cross-functional enterprise technology projects, driving the successful deployment of enterprise transformations, real-time data lake implementations, and cloud-based fulfillment optimizations.
- Influence corporate ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) strategy by driving sustainable distribution requirements that protect our people, planet, assets, and brand.
Project & Program Management
- Support overall governance and execution for supply chain deliverables such as end-to-end process flows, business requirement and user stories, impact analysis, data analysis and User Acceptance Testing plans and test cases.
- Document strategic roadmaps for automation rollouts, network design optimization, and technology integrations across Supply Chain and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) ecosystems.
- Develop and execute structured Project Management (PMO) framework, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of complex supply chain technology implementations, process reengineering projects, and scalability initiatives.
- Ensure all initiatives deliver quantifiable cost reductions, efficiency gains, and performance improvements aligned with corporate objectives in support of project ROI and financial accountability.
- Ensure standardized governance, execution methodologies, and best practice sharing across all regions, supporting the alignment of supply chain functions with enterprise-wide PMO frameworks.
Compensation: The pay range for this position, based out of the Brooks Seattle HQ, is $121,797 - $182,748 per year. Base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
