The Opportunity

Bucket Listers has launched its own inspiring events and experiences (you may have heard of Golden Girls Kitchen or The Santa Clauses) and we are looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager to join our internal events team.
In this role, you will collaborate with our VP of Experiences to drive key initiatives and uphold timelines across our internal events team. You'll have a knack for relationship and client management, a nimble mindset with the ability to pivot quickly, and a deep understanding of project management, preferably in the event production space. 
While Bucket Listers is a remote-first company, this position will require the candidate to maintain residence in the US.

In this role, you will:

    • Act as the right hand to our VP of Experiences, using your experience in the event production space to advise, act as a sounding board, and help drive decisions.
    • Learn the ins and outs of Bucket Listers and our events platform, digging deeper into our current processes and establishing SOPs for our internal events team.
    • Oversee event projects from A-Z, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
    • Build pitches and proposals for new concepts, working cross-functionally to ensure all project components are streamlined.
    • Maintain strong relationships with high-profile brand partners, actively assessing timelines and pivoting accordingly.
    • Travel 25% of the time (depending on seasonality)


    • 5+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in a startup environment.
    • Extremely resourceful and autonomous in execution.
    • Strong collaborator with excellent relationship-building skills.
    • Analytically driven with the ability to distill information across a variety of experience levels.
    • Strong relationship builder through high levels of efficiency, integrity, and professionalism.
    • Extremely organized multi-tasker who can balance multiple projects and priorities at once.
    • Self-starter and highly motivated; capable of working independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. G-Suite expert (Slides, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
    • Passionate about the Bucket Listers mission. 🚀
    • Hospitality experience/mindset is a plus!
