Our data platform provides us with uniquely comprehensive insight into every licensed contracting business in the United States and the hundreds of millions of projects they’ve completed over the past two decades. Armed with this information, we are able to instantly identify the best contractor(s) for any remodeling or construction project. 

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading our efforts to acquire and enable strategic partners that generate incremental results for both the partner and BuildZoom. You should have a strong sales and partnership background with a track record of sales results with partners.

In this role you will:

    • Create an overall business development sales execution plan for your assigned territory based on market segmentation and solutions 
    • Engage in prospecting and closing new partnerships and manage present partners to ensure increased business results for both the partner and BuildZoom
    • Drive incremental data and analytics results by closing deals with new and existing partners based on BuildZoom’s portfolio of data licensing solutions
    • Increase the number of projects added to the BuildZoom marketplace by executing partnership plans with new partners, resulting in incremental revenue for both the partner and BuildZoom
    • Create and execute sound account plans including tactics around sales, marketing and technical initiatives
    • Be an expert on business trends in your segment(s) with a view to recommending new services, products, and distribution channels
    • Collaborate closely with our existing concierge team to ensure a seamless overall experience for thousands of project owners across the US 
    • Work with the Product Team to identify opportunities to enhance the project owner’s experience within BuildZoom’s solution interface 
    • Work with BuildZoom's Analytics Team to develop and achieve KPIs and related reporting to ensure there is constant learning and iterative improvement

About you:

    • Experience with the construction, real estate and financial services industries is a huge plus
