Bulb launched 5 years ago in London and we’re now one of the fastest growing private companies in the UK.  We’re expanding internationally and are building the starting teams who will help change the energy industry globally. Our mission is to help people lower their energy bills and reduce their carbon impact at the same time. 

The Role

The Bulb internship is a 3 month paid program. You will get hands-on experience in a hyper-growth startup. And you’ll play a meaningful role in making the energy industry simpler, cheaper, and greener.

Our analysts are the engine behind Bulb’s exceptional member experience. From answering member questions to identifying process and product improvements, our analysts are integral to Bulb’s growing success. 

While our analysts do provide support to our members, this is not a traditional customer service role. As an analyst, you will be responsible for directly impacting our growth, product and culture from day one. You’ll also help build a world-class member experience team while getting a deep-dive into the energy industry and life at a high-growth tech company. 

In this role you will:

- Provide exceptional service to our members
- Own operational processes that drive key business results
- Take the initiative on improving our member experience
- Design new processes and playbook these results to share with other teams
- Gain insights from our global Growth, Operations, and Product teams.
